It’s been almost six months since I bought R2-Di2, my new bike.

I wanted to get some photos up soon thereafter, but for the longest time the weather didn’t cooperate, and then we were well into springtime training season, and I didn’t want to waste any precious weekend time taking photos when I could have been riding!

Then, a week after the culmination of my training and completion of my 13th Pan-Mass Challenge, the bike was involved in a crash and spent the next six weeks in the shop.

Well, I finally got the bike back and—with my job ending—had the time to go out and take a few photos to share with you.

She’s not in the same pristine condition she was six months and 2,000 miles ago, but here’s a long-awaited look at the new steed.
