Your review is pretty off base. I get it, the book didn't suit your needs. But you end by condemning Pittsburgh cycling because of one man's book. Moreover, several of your specific complaints are addressed directly in the book, or in the previous edition (which did come with a map), or by technological constraints in 2005. Not to mention how much time and effort should be put into an incredibly niche book written by one person. I should think you'd be a bit more forgiving in that regard. And take some responsibility for for yourself. All of us who have owned the book have picked a route from the book, plotted it out some how, and then ridden the route. You don't need a book to hold your hand for 5 or 65 miles.
