Both the healing and the riding continue. I've done about 400 miles since my fall: about 75 miles per week, plus 100 this week as a result of today's trip up to the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem. Then, after I got home, my cat decided to help out by cleaning my chain for me -- with his tongue! See the photo. The good news is that kitty spit isn't a bad biodegradeable degreaser!
