At the risk of sounding like a broken record, the training continues... In the three weeks since I last wrote, I've done another 335 miles, topped off today with an 82-mile training ride with the Quad Cycles folks. That puts me over 7,500 miles in the past three years. However, with the PMC ride a mere five days away, that will be my last major ride before the event, as you're told to take it easy for the few days coming up to a big ride. That, and it'll take me that long just to clean up my bike, which has gotten very grubby while riding out to Malden each day to see Lance win his fifth Tour de France.

Fundraising is going pretty well. I've raised $1755, which is great, but the only problem is that because they've raised the minimum I still have to find another $745, and I'm definitely running out of people to hit up. The good thing is that although the ride's next weekend, I've got until October to meet the fundraising requirement, so I should be able to scare up another few hundred bucks by then.
